"MOM! Come look what I did!" she whispers through convulsions of giggles. She held her finger up to her lips to shush me, and pointed into her room. Her bed appeared to be about a foot higher than usual. "What the..." "Mom! Look in Spike's room!" I looked in his room... his bed was gone. The wood frame was there, but the entire mattress was gone. She had taken the mattress off her brother's bed, dragged it out the room and down the hallway, put it on her own bed, and remade all the blankets on top. All by herself. She fell down on the floor laughing while I just stood in amazement. Then she called her brother, "SPIKE! Come look in your room!" He ran over, looked in his room and squealed, then she showed him her own room and huge bed and they fell down on the floor wrestling and laughing hysterically. I thought this was the most hysterical thing EVER. Spike is the usual practical joker, but he'll pull a prank by coloring the milk, or exchanging salt for sugar... His 11 year old sister actually MOVES FURNITURE from room to room! And this is why I love my two kids SO MUCH. You can't pay to have fun like this.
